We worked with a salesman named Frankie. My husband and I came in Thinking the best car for us was either a Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, or the Hyundai off-road. Frankie was very accommodating and walked us around the lot showing us What was available in those two models. He was not overly pushy on, but accepted that we had done our homework and knew the two Hyundai models. We were interested in. We decided to test Drive the Limited, but quickly realized that it did not have some of the features that my husband and I had deemed were very important. Frankie moved us up to the Hyundai Santa Fe, Calligraphy, and my husband and I test drove that model. It turned out to be just what we wanted. Frankie was very accommodating in making sure that we received the best possible price, and in the end we were able to purchase the Calligraphy Santa Fe for the same price as the Santa Fe Limited. We found Frankie to Be very accommodating, to quickly be able to “read“ us, and to be willing to spend considerable time with us to make sure that we were satisfied customers. We really appreciated his knowledge, his upbeat attitude, and his willingness to spend the time my husband and I needed to come to a decision. We were very satisfied with Frankie’s customer service, and we also were happy with the other service services offered to Happy Hyundai To make sure that my husband and I left the Dealership feeling satisfied and enthusiastic about our purchase of the 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy model. We definitely intend to continue to use Happy Hyundai for all of our service needs and we find them to be a high-quality Dealership to work with. My husband and I just bought a 2026 Hyundai at the Libertyville location and had a wonderful experience. We worked with Casey who was absolutely wonderful.
