If you care about your vehicle don't take it here for any kind of repair or service. Ive taken my car there three times and each time it came back worse. They dont fix what they say they'll fix and what they do fix odds are they are going to do it wrong. On top of that they will keep your vehicle for months on end without updates and then make excuses as to why its not done. Well as an update I tried to have them fix the repairs they were paid to do that they didn't. They had a new service manager, Chad, who said he would "do everything he can to make it right because he needs a good review." First off I'm glad thats why you care about good customer service, and secondly he's about as useless as he appears. After Harbin had my vehicle for about 8 of the last 12 months they tore it up worse and didnt replace what they were paid to replace. With excuse after excuse they sent my vehicle to another shop to pay them to do it and then told me they couldn't do it. I wouldn't trust this dealership with a go cart let alone ever take my vehicle there again.
