Went for an oil change for my husband's 2025 custom chevrolet, agents were nice enough to add discounts, paid less than it was. They have a coffee machine in the waiting area with the best coffee. And liked visiting their store, bought a hitch cover and air freshener with the Chevy rewards.

After several disappointing experiences with other dealerships in the San Diego area, our experience with Harbor Chevrolet was truly a breath of fresh air. Even though we had to drive to Long Beach, it was absolutely worth it. Our experience began with Jaycob Gomez, whom I contacted by phone for a quote on a Chevrolet Trax. Jaycob was friendly, professional, and prompt in providing pricing information. He helped make the process straightforward from the very beginning. After we accepted the offer, I submitted an application for GM Financial financing and was contacted by Patrick, the Internet Manager. Patrick was equally friendly and helpful, and he made scheduling our weekend appointment simple and convenient. When we arrived at the dealership, we were warmly welcomed by Richard, who assisted us with our test drive and expertly guided us through the sales process. Richard was a true gentleman—courteous, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He regularly checked in on us, kept us informed every step of the way, and ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of during the entire transaction. We then met with Andrew Brown, the Finance & Insurance Manager. Despite hearing many stories about high-pressure finance offices, Andrew was the exact opposite. He was transparent, straightforward, knowledgeable, and respectful. He clearly explained our options without any pressure and made the financing process smooth and stress-free. To top it all off, our new Trax was delivered freshly washed and with a full tank of gas. Richard also took the time to help us set up OnStar and familiarize us with some of the vehicle's features before we left. We drove back to San Diego in our new Chevrolet Trax feeling happy and relieved, knowing we had made the right choice. We highly recommend Harbor Chevrolet to anyone looking for a transparent and customer-focused dealership experience.

The service team is one that truly cares about customer satisfaction and Victor is a class leader in customer service. He only recommended services that were necessary and I felt extremely comfortable saying yes. David Park was outstanding. Kind and quick. I took my wife's 2026 Traverse in to free up a jammed liftgate. Service didn't take long. He also took an extra moment to put her license plates on. Something her husband should have done long ago, lol!.David gets 5⭐️. Harbor Cheverolet gets 5⭐️ for hiring him, but only 3⭐️ overall because the coffee machine was out of order. Do better Harbor. Let's get the coffee machine working. Doesnt take much.

I inquired about a vehicle from the website. I found what I was looking for and provided my details for more information. Jaycob contacted me right away and checked inventory for me to make sure the car was still available. He answered some additional questions I had and I was ready to get the paperwork started. I explained that I wanted to get as close to "signing and driving" as reasonably possible. Jaycob immediately sent all the links and information I needed to begin. I provided details via text. It was great! The following morning I walked in and everything went smoothly. Andrew in finance was fantastic. Straight and to the point, offering some additional options, I signed, and drove home in my new vehicle.
