We bought a truck that started imploding as we drove it off the lot!! Five star ford and Travis were exceptional in making things right. We would highly recommend Travis when looking for a new car or truck!

Five star service department, they did a transmission service on my jeep, overfilled the transmission fluid and caused me to have a seal blowout, which they would not admit responsibility for, these guys are a bunch of clowns, and I would avoid the service department at all cost and ended up costing me an extra $3800. These guys have no idea what they’re doing and can’t even figure out how to read a dipstick I guess that makes their technicians the dipstick the boy that all cost unless you want to pay more for later service that was never required. I would also avoid the sales department as they are Dishonest, I asked about making a deposit on a new vehicle and was told that the deposit would not be refundable when I was dealing with Kevin in the sales department,, I told Kevin Washington state law does not allow dealership to keep deposits on vehicles. I called him on it and he got mad avoid this dealership.
