Hardin County Honda

I visited the Honda Service Center in Elizabethtown, KY for an oil change and vehicle inspection. I am disappointed with the accuracy and reliability of the inspection report I received. The inspection report marked all items as green and indicated everything was in good condition. However, my front left tire clearly needs replacement and should not have passed inspection. This raises concerns that the inspection may not have been performed carefully or accurately. I also compared this month’s inspection report with the report from last month. Last month’s report listed several recommended services, including fuel induction/fuel system service, antifreeze replacement, and hybrid HEVF transmission service. I did not complete any of those services, yet none of those items appeared on today’s inspection report. The differences between the two reports without any related work being completed make me question the consistency and credibility of the inspection process. I expect inspection reports to reflect the actual condition of the vehicle so customers can make informed decisions about maintenance and safety. I hope the service center reviews this issue and improves the accuracy and transparency of its inspections.

I've been thinking about trading my 2011 Jeep wrangler for a while and reluctanctly ended up at Hardin County Honda. I am very happy to say that this was the easiest, most comfortable experience I ever had buying a car. I walked out with a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. If you find yourself here ask for Dylan he is the most charismatic, honest and trustworthy person I have dealt with in a long time. His salesperson nickname "Dealing with Dylan" is perfect. If that was not enough, his boss is also great. Sorry I never caught his name. Thank you guys for making this experience memorable.

Had a massive dent on my 23' Kia Rio passenger side rear fender and door, Hardin County Collision had her fixed within a week with a lifetime warranty to go with their work. Extremely satisfied with the results.
