Great waiting room, a popcorn machine, comfy chairs, a TV which we were watching some Bob Ross on. Very nice, we do appreciate the free food (donuts and cookies and popcorn) which have been here when we have gotten our car fixed!!

He helped get OnStar activated, made sure our plates were taken care of, and ensured that every detail was handled smoothly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. Ed, our salesman, was equally great to work with. He was professional, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable and confident throughout the buying process. Very bad experience finance Manager does not know his job very well sold us a car with the bumper falling off and then when I took it back in to ask him about it, he said my wife hit something and then gave us the runaround until my wife came in there and said something and then all of a sudden he talked to his service manager and apparently there was a work order on it that just showed up automatically and now they’re fixing the car, but they never should’ve sold us that car. It should’ve been fixed before we bought it, it should never been on the lot so with that experience and working with that finance manager that they have, I will never go back. We’ve decided when we buy our next new truck. We will buy it somewhere else and we will no longer give them money or anything, and I will to tell people if they want to buy something they need to go to the city. I will go back to Universal Dodge in Odessa and buy my stuff through there. They’ve worked with us very well on our purchase of a vehicle.
