I am 58yo and I've purchased many brands of cars and SUV's, from Mazda to Toyota, Nissan, Several BMW's, Audi's Mercedes and Ford. We were introduced to Silken Shepard by my sister and our friend. From the moment we contacted her we were very impressed. She called on her day off to answer all of our questions, so we booked an appointment with her. We just picked up our 2026 CR-V-Hybrid Sport today from Harmony Honda in Kelowna BC. This dealership was bright and welcoming and everyone was friendly. Once we started negotiating, we noticed that they were completely transparent. We traded in a BMW X3 and it was tricky because we were under water with negative equity. We outlined our payment range and were firm. There were no tricks and no fees! The payment they presented to us included tax and that never happens! Ever! They made it fit for us and gave us more for our trade-in than we were offered anywhere else. The GM introduced himself to us and we were even introduced to our service manager who even gave us 4 free car washes. Harmony is family owned and operated so they really do care. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! If you're looking at vehicles, even if you're not quite ready to buy, just go see Silken and see what she has to say.
