UPDATE!!! I have never dealt with with a company that was so unprofessional. The finance manager accussed me of fraud when I had plenty of proof, that he didn't even try to accept, ie filed tax returns and bank statements. As a professional that has worked in accounting and finance my entire life, this is beyond ridiculous!!! Steer clear of this unprofessional place that lacks integrity!! This conartist got a car from a great dealership that actually reviews income documents!!!

Excellent service, fast diagnosis, fair price for maintenance. I’ve been to several other Jaguar dealers over the life of my car for service, and this retailer is by far the best and the least expensive. We have a great relationship with the service advisor (Darryl) and because of that, he recommended that we look at a car he knew would suit us so well. So now we have two Jaguars. The sales and finance staff (Doug) are absolutely superb, and develop a rapport based on our needs and concerns, and did not leave us waiting around for extended periods of time playing games. The purchase process with Carter was seamless and deserving of accolades.

The single best service department I’ve dealt with in 30+ years of owning cars. Blake and Darrell took care of another dealer’s mistake on my F-Type and treated me like I’d bought the most expensive car they sell. A+ all around. Had a comfortable area to work remotely from as well. Sitting in a comfortable chair right behind a McLaren 570 on the showroom. Will bring all my service needs here. Super knowledgeable and they are all car guys. That’s what you want.

Tyler(service advisor), Blake(service manager), Tonya(accounting) and Michael(technician) ALL were amazing for the extra mile that they went in order to make us feel like part of the Harper family 😊. We are approximately 2 hours from the dealership and it was the best 2 hour drive we have ever spent due to the over the top hospitality that me and my wife received.
