There are lots of places that can fix a vehicle, but not every place can deliver excellent customer service and be a reputable, professional business. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Most recently we took our jeep to have repairs and they gave the Jeep back to us with dripping oil all under the truck. I didn’t even notice that problem until I had pulled off the lot and driven about 10 minutes and I was idling at a traffic light and all of a sudden I smelled something that didn’t smell right. I began looking around for some type of broken down vehicle only to realize I was smelling oil burning from my own vehicle. I then noticed my check engine light was on. I immediately called my husband and had him call the shop as I found somewhere to safely pull over until I was sure I wasn’t running dry the shop never for warned me when I picked up my vehicle that it would have this issue but reassured my husband that we could just bring it back to the shop and they would properly clean off the residual oil like they were supposed to. No apologies were given to my knowledge. This is not the first incident we have had with this location merely the most recent. I would never recommend to take your vehicle to this place when there could be so many other options with Employees that actually care not only about providing service but about building trust and relationship with their clients.
