We were looking to purchase a specific car and this dealership had what we were looking for. Fergus came to assist and was very helpful and personable during the time I was considering this vehicle. Unfortunately, it did not pan out for me financially and Fergus was great thru the whole process. Really enjoyed meeting you Fergus, thanks for all that you did to assist.

Bought a used F-150 from the dealership, arriving for my scheduled time with cash. Took almost three hours to do a five minute test drive, pay the cash and get insurance which is the slowest of any dealership I've ever dealt with by far. Also found a pretty good spill of something white on the carpet under the back seat after I left with the truck. Everyone was friendly and nice to deal with, just not a polished experience.

They Insisted to sell me f150 worth $55k with Defected bumper(Compressed because of crash). I came all the way from vancouver and there salesman said truck is in perfect condition and ready to be picked up. They wasted my whole day. Even said I should pay for repair. And put hard check on my credit. So disappointed there all salesman are super deceptive. Wouldn’t recommend at all.!!!!!!!

Completely untrustworthy. Don't believe a word they say. They took a deposit on a used vehicle, and while we were negotiating the details of the deal sold the vehicle to another party. Their sales rep knew of my interest in a truck, and told me that I should put a deposit on it to hold it, which I did via credit card. I told her I would follow up with an email detailing terms of an offer, which I did 3 hours after the call. We exchanged emails the following day, in which they refused my first offer and I made a counter offer. I received no response to my counter offer. 4 calendar days & 2 business days later, I called them prepared to increase my offer further. In this call, the sales manager lied to me, claiming (falsely) they had tried to reach me by phone and that it rang through to voice mail; however they never left a message, and my phone showed no missed calls. They also had my email but never bothered to contact me. They offered an apology, but their word is worthless. Don't trust them.
