# Summary Positive reviews praise the dealership's responsive and attentive sales and service staff, with customers highlighting efficient scheduling, thorough explanations of vehicle features, and seamless transaction processes. However, negative reviews cite concerns about service department responsiveness, unresolved warranty claims, vehicle maintenance issues on test drives, and long wait times for appointments and follow-ups.
Had to make an appointment to have a recall repair. Chris in the service department was especially helpful in getting my vehicle repaired promptly, no long waits and called when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. No hassles and very happy with the efficient scheduling to get the repair completed.
I would like to take time to write a great review for this dealership, especially who I worked with Andrew. I live in NY and found a truck here that would work perfectly for me, with no BS we came to agreement on a price, he was very responsive through communication answering any and all questions. Once we decided to buy, it was very easy to deal with them and my bank to get all paperwork done and signed online. I actually flew to MI to drive the truck and take receipt of it. I was picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership where we went through the paper work and inspection of the truck. Even under time constraint Andrew stayed and made sure I had no questions about the truck, set up my ford account, and got logged in to the truck prior to leaving the dealership to drive it home to NY. My only problem is I am too far away to continue to give them business. Thank you!!!
Great people they take the time to show you how the Accessories work. Very enjoyable experience worth the trip. We’re from Clarkston 2 Hour Drive! Worth every minute. Andrew our salesman is a great guy to deal with. Highly recommended. Thank you.
My favorite part of this dealership is its transparency and when I say that I’m speaking about the glass walls in their service department. It was an absolute pleasure watching Tom lean with his entire body weight on my side mirror while someone inside the car worked on it. He was even nice enough to make time to lean on my hood and front fender while he stood around watching the technician. He made sure to treat my car like it was his very own. I test drove an Edge here, it was embarrassing how loud the brakes and rotors were as I pulled out of the parking lot. I’ve test drove 20+ vehicles in the month while I was searching for a car; this is the only place that allowed me to test drive a vehicle with rotors so loud people on the sidewalk turned their head to see what all the noise was about. When I returned the car they acted like they didn’t notice anything was wrong until I pointed out the rust and grooves on the rotors. She said it looked like a rock had gotten stuck and was causing damage but there was no reassurance they’d have it taken care of, it was merely shrugged off. After purchasing my vehicle from a different dealership I brought my Escape here for some warranty work. Tom and Chris were unable to fix the problem. When showing them the issue I was experiencing with my window they gave excuses instead of providing a solution to the issue at hand. They acknowledged there was an irregularity occurring but instead of fixing the problem just basically tossed up their hands up and said that’s just how it works. 60% of the time, it works every time.. right? I made my initial call and waited about 3 weeks for my appointment. After my first appointment I waited 4 weeks without a call or any sort of follow up. I called Chris to ask about my part and when it could be scheduled for an install. The appointment was 4 weeks from the date I made the follow up call.. After almost 3 months of waiting for the issue to be resolved nothing has been fixed.
I paid for a bumper to bumper warranty on my F-250 and there warranties are a joke just like there Service department. Every time I went there for a check engine light I had to pay money. So why get a warranty. I will never buy another vehicle here ever again. Last time they said it was my catalytic converter $5000 do your self a favor DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE.
