I have to say this place goes above and beyond. Purchasing my car here was a great experience John in sales is a great guy. Their service department is top notch also. Dakota does an excellent job! 5 stars + you guys are awesome!

We’re do I start, first time taking my wife’s truck to this establishment, was in December of 2025 we paid for a full service, oil change and full detail. Mind you my wife’s truck is so clean you can eat off the floor first the detail was not worth the $330.30. Streaks left on the windows dirt on the floor from there staffs feet, handprint from oil left on the hood We sent it back and it stayed there for an additional day to get re cleaned on Saterday the sales gentleman attempted to clean it with “our cleaning supplies left in the truck along with our rags. All this just to have to take it back the fallowing Monday to have re detailed” it actually came back out pretty decent with minor issues that my wife could over look. Now let’s get in to 2/19/26 we brought the truck back to give them the benefit of the doubt for the same service. boy was that a mistake. We dropped the truck of first thing in the morning 2/19/26 The day goes on until about 4:16pm when my wife informed the service department that we will not be able to pick up the truck due to being out of town. They text us stating they needed us to call them at the end of the day. Stating that there tech has damaged our truck. Now mind you this truck is perfect show room ready everywhere it goes literally. They tried to fix it by saying they would send it to the body shop and giving us a free detail “detail was agin half assed at best” additional I told them the truck was in perfect shape when it was taken there I expected it the same way back. Meaning new tail gate. They are not going to replace the tailgate but only fix at a body shop were it will no longer be the same. I encourage everyone to stay a way. Being an owner of a small business I would expect them to do the right thing. I suppose that just proves the point is the reason small family owned dealers are not the place to use. View photos of everything. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Since you asked me for a review here it is. Hope this helps.

Just purchased a car from Hartnell Chevrolet. The first car in 13 years. I had no idea how much tech was updated. I am 80 years old and Craig took his time explaining things to me. Its a learning experience but I love the car. We have been dealing with Hartnell for over 40 years and are completely satisfied.

Recently bought a used traverse at Hartnell Chevy. The sales person Vinnie M. Was amazing. He was helpful and very courteous. Made my family and I feel like we were his family. And that’s important! Thank u Vinnie. My traverse is amazing!! 😊
