I’ve been a Hartway Motors customer for many years, and they’ve always treated me like family. I’m 82 now, and after driving my Chevy Colorado for a long time, it was becoming a bit much for me. I don’t drive often, but I wanted something safe, comfortable, and modern enough to help me build confidence with newer technology — especially wireless maps. I’m not very techy; I just want things to work. For the past couple of years, I had my eye on the Chevy Equinox. What I didn’t know was that my son was quietly working behind the scenes with Nichole and Emily to surprise me for my birthday. He looked at the Equinox but realized the 2026 Chevy Trax had a cabin layout similar to my Colorado, with a simple turn‑key start that would make the transition easier for me. He didn’t know I could check my emails on my smartphone — so when the “Congratulations on your new 2026 Chevy Trax” message arrived, I saw it before he expected. I drove straight to Hartway Motors because I had to see it for myself. And I loved it instantly. The Trax was everything I didn’t know I wanted. Zippy, stylish, with sporty red accents that made me feel 20 years younger. The cabin was simple, familiar, and not overwhelming at all. It felt like me. I can walk in anytime with a question and someone is always there to help. I’m not a number here. My son originally thought about going to the city for “better deals,” but I insisted: if I was getting a new car, it would be from Hartway. After working with Nichole and Emily, he understood exactly why. No fluff, no pressure — just an honest deal and real people. Hartway Motors will always be a staple in my home. My son knows me like a book, and everyone worked together in perfect harmony, like a finely tuned engine. This made my 82nd birthday feel incredibly special. Emily took the time to go over the new features with me and even watched me try them myself just to make sure I was comfortable. You can’t ask for a more patient person — she was 100% on board, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. They even got me to sit in a brand‑new Corvette, and Randy gave me the go‑ahead to give it a showroom start‑up. It was amazing — intoxicating, really — even if the senior discount didn’t quite apply to $140,000. Such a rewarding culture and the best experience of a lifetime. Thank you to everyone involved and thank you for simply being who you are. My son helped me write this, no way my fingers are that fast and I do not want to miss my shows.

This dealership is amazing, from start to finish. We have been looking for a new upgrade for our family for a year now. We live 2 hrs away. As soon as we drove in, the vibe was just very chill and relaxed. Kip was amazing, again just relaxed, felt like talking to a friend. Never tried to pressure us into anything.
