We had such a great experience at Harvard Chevrolet GMC! From the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. Nancy, our salesperson, was absolutely incredible—she really knows her stuff and took the time to help us find exactly the vehicle we wanted. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The finance team was just as great. They helped us in an area where we might have run into trouble elsewhere, and we truly appreciated their honesty and support. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. We’re so happy we decided to stop in—and we love our Traverse! Highly recommend!
I use the service department on a regular basis as a business partner in the automotive repair industry. I will say they are great to work with. They always give me an eta for a completion date and time and always deliver on that promise. I have never had a workmanship issue there and would say they are highly trained technicians. It has been a pleasure working with Keith the service manager and his well-trained staff.
Rob is the best. No doubt about it. He is not your typical car salesman pushing you to buy. He hears what you have to say, really making sure you are confident in your decision.... not pressuring you into a quick decision you may later regret. It's hard to find a salesman now a days that doesnt make you feel like you are just a payday to them... go see Rob, you won't be disappointed.
