I’ve had a wonderful experience all thanks to Ms. Savanah. She helped me out in so many ways, she made sure that was leaving with a car no matter the sacrifice she made and the hours it took. I left proud with my first car.

Very disappointed in my experience at harvey subaru. It very much felt like management was going to do anything they could to make sure my car issues were not going to be covered by warranty or recall. Started out the entire process asking me if by chance I parked under a tree... Naming most electrical problems to be contributed to squirrels being attracted to their soy tape. This in itself sounds like manufacturers defect. I was not amused. I was having electrical operating issues tied to the auto start function and they tried to sell me a name brand battery as the solution. Their mechanic spotted Mismatch wiring and swapped the connections... This appears to be the actual solution to my problems. But no mechanic spoke with me. No one explained their findings in depth. I waited at their dealership for 5 hours. I allowed them to perform an over due oil change and change some dirty filters. Then I crossed my fingers as I left that the mismatched wiring was going to be enough of a solution. One week later; So far my electrical issues have not reoccured. So happy I didn't let them talk me into a $388 battery that I DIDN'T need. I would love to credit the honest mechanic who did a thorough diagnostic and simple correction just because the issue needed attention.

I made an appointment to have the oil changed, a new set of tires mounted and balanced, and the check engine light assessed. The waiting room included elevated tables and chairs, and recliner style seating. Refreshments ranged from water and coffee to fountain drinks and slushies. The temperature was comfortable.

Way overpriced for service provided!!! Oil change $40.00 more than I paid for an oil change in Dallas. They ran a diagnostic that was $160.00 to tell me my exhaust was not OEM. Ripoff!!!

Went for 3 year service on car, which included tire rotation. When vehicle was ready there were greasy handprints along the fenders. Other than the messy tire rotation, everything else was fine.
