Exceptional Service – Better Than Luxury Dealerships!I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hassett Ford on Sunrise Highway in Wantagh. Their team is efficient, honest, and incredibly friendly.Even though I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, they treated me like a lifelong customer. Christina was amazing handling my issue. The fact that I bought the car elsewhere never fazed her for a second; she just focused on helping me.Brian was the first person I spoke with, and he set a great tone for the visit by offering a vehicle delivery service. My service tech chris was also great, taking the time to explain in details what had to be done. Turn around time 1 day .

Had a great experience with this dealership. They made everything quick and easy. I worked with Sharon who was the best and answered all of my questions. She walked me through the whole car and was very detailed in how everything worked. I was dealing with 3 dealerships before them and was losing hope but I walked out with my dream car from here and couldn’t be happier. I’d recommend to anyone!

My wife and I visited after finding a couple of vehicles we were interested in. After several test drives, we found one we liked and sat down to discuss pricing. There was initially some confusion about which vehicle we wanted, and once that was resolved, there was little room for discussion beyond being told the price was already a great deal. We left a deposit after being assured we could return anytime during the week to complete the purchase. However, when we came back the next day to discuss our trade-in, we were told nothing could be done because our original salesperson was unavailable. A few days later, after reaching an agreement on pricing over the phone, we were unexpectedly told we could not move forward with the purchase, without a clear explanation. We requested our deposit back, but the refund process became frustrating. After multiple follow-ups over two weeks, I learned there were issues with the card information being entered incorrectly. Despite several calls and requests to speak with management, I never received a callback. Thankfully, Kim took the time to help and appeared to finally get the refund process moving. Overall, I was disappointed with the communication, inconsistency, and handling of the deposit refund.
