Hatch Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram

We are traveling through New Mexico and had a warning light come on. We contacted Hatch and they made us an appointment to diagnose the problem. Marcelina (service manager) was so friendly and helpful. She introduced us to Terry (technician) who gave us a straight up, no frills, honest answer on our problem. They were considerate of our situation and gave multiple options for repair. I highly recommend the service here and would definitely bring my auto here again if I lived in the area.

The Manager Gabe Heck, was a great help. He explained everything we were doing so I had no worries. Plus he told me about some services i needed and didn't know. Thanks for the help my Tundra feels like new still. I will see you folks on my next visit. Keep up the great service 👍

Refreshing experience it was. I brought our RAM 2500 diesel into Hatch Dodge service for what seemed like a major issue. Turns out it was but Ian, at the service desk and Galen, the master tech, handled it very professionally. They answered all my questions and explained very clearly what the problem was and how to fix it. They definitely have earned my business going forward.

Very friendly and helpful. Jessica has been very helpful as we were staying for a couple of nights on an RV trip when our tow vehicle developed a leak in a brake line. She did everything in her power to get us taken care of quickly by overnighting the parts to get our truck fixed. Thank you for making our problem yours. This is the example of great service.
