They were very friendly, professional and helpful. I explained the check engine light warning I was getting, I get updates and check engine light warnings on my gmc app. I also explained I was from out of town with my sister in the hospital and they were able to work me in 2 days later. They sent me a video from the mechanic that did the 8 or 10 point inspection, my only complaint with that is even with my phone volume maxed out I could barely hear the mechanic. I also received text for recommend maintenance that was past due. When I picked up my vehicle they explained everything they did and gave me a detailed invoice. I was so glad I bought the extended warranty when I bought my car or I would have had to pay a lot more than I did plus I would have had to pay for my rental. Anytime I am in Wichita and something happens to my vehicle I will definitely take it back to Hatchett Buick/GMC.

Alan was great! Busy dealership on a rainy day! He helped us with a car in my budget. Made sure we were comfortable when waiting. Showed us around the dealership so I am comfortable going back for anything I need in the future.

Rhett was fantastic to work with. He was always quick to respond and very helpful before, during, and after the purchasing process. I never felt pressured or like I was being told something that wasn't true. The financing process was low-pressure and I wasn't met with 2-3 other services (insurance, gym memberships, etc.) while I waited. Everyone I worked with or spoke with was friendly and honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had.
