Prices are fair and if you want to get your car done with the exact parts and where the mechanic knows the car very well, This is the place to go. The fixed my Fiat with expertise and experience. Xavier was the service staff person and he was wonderful. He communicated w me the whole time and told me what they were going to do before doing it and explained everything in detail. The place is Nice and modern and clean. Free coffee and expresso and latte. Update on 5/2/26 came back to this dealership and service area for service on my Fiat and Xavier was so amazing to help me answer all my questions and he fixed everything that needed fixing. And then Xavier’s manager helped me understand more about my gear shifter. Thank you service department for having wonderful hard working and knowledgeable and kind staff. Then I went to the express oil change service station and Adrian assisted me and took great care of my car for the oil change and topped off everything I needed (coolant and windshield wiper fluid is what they top off) and added air to my tires after a long cold winter. Oil change is $135. Free popcorn and hot beverages and water while you wait along w vending machines. And Miss Lovely Erica at the sales department was super nice too! She looks out for customers and has their best interest in mind still after 8 years. She made fresh popcorn for customers to enjoy while waiting for the oil change. Thank you Hawk! The staff make the place and thank you for hiring such dedicated staff. And they play 80s music, the gold standard across the world :) Only thing I would ask … please update the sofa and chairs at the express oil change service area. I understand it’s happening very soon but the sofas are lumpy and cloth which is not easy to clean as it absorbs dust and odors… vinyl cushioned single seaters and love seats would be amazing … just my personal preference like the ones at airports bc they are durable and easy to clean and don’t lose their bounce. Then the high round tables and chairs are fine as they can be cleaned easily but the height to chair ratio is too short for petite people like me and once I sat on the chair I feel like my chin is almost hitting the table so please have taller chairs so people like me can enjoy the table. That’s just my 2 cents :)

Very happy with the people at Hawk dealership. I definitely recommend them!! Jim and Enrique were especially helpful in making sure I got all the benefits that came with the purchase of my new car! The finance guys also did a great job in finding me a great finance rate. All in all buying my new fiat 500e was a great experience, I am delighted with the car and my pup and I love zipping around all over the city.

If I could give this place zero stars I would , I brought my car for inspection and they did an alignment on my car and it was done poorly because the number still show off . When I spoke to Dennis the manager he was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life he did not care nor try to accommodate and look at my car . He then tried to blame me and accused me of hitting something when I left the dealership . My warranty company approved the repair and he telling me he won’t look at my car to check it unless I have to pay money . Then he told me he did not have to provide info from the tire alignment machine since my warranty company approved the claim , I still payed my deductible. My car was there over a week they could not even provide me a rental even though that was covered as well. I would never bring my car to this company again in my life . They half do work and rush cars to do a half of a job . I would never recommend service at this dealership to anybody . Then he said he the director at the dealership and no one is over him pathetic just like him . This place robbed me . They charged me 205$ for a diagnostic fee and didn’t even check my whole car . They told me it was the battery wanted to charge me 1000 for that . I would never come here they are a rip off . They didn’t even give me the full diagnostic report that I payed for either . Do not bring your vehicle here . The managers are zero help Too . They also put a zip tie on my steering rack without my consent they got people that don’t know what they are doing working on vehicles . There a stop ring missing from the rack which is causing this noise to make when I make a left turn . Now they want to ban me from this dealership when I spoke up there lies . I will be reporting this further .

I had an excellent experience getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Anne Marie was friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. The service was completed in a timely manner ,and my car was returned in great condition. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this dealership as a whole (Sales, Parts and Service) for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealership for future purchases. The GM and his team are top notch.

Chris was my salesman and he was fantastic from beginning to the end. He contacted me and we discussed vehicles that would be best for me and he told me to come in and pick out the vehicle I want. When I got there he made everything easy for me. He showed me some vehicles and asked me to take my time and decide which one I wanted. He said he wanted me to make sure it was the vehicle I wanted and if there was anything on one of their other lots he could get it there for me.
