Rick Vargas and Dan McCarthy were excellent! When I bought my 2026 Mazda CX-5, Dan explained all the features with great detail and even explained where the old model features were versus where I can find them now. Rick was there every step of the way. When my car got new malfunctions on the screen within a week, Rick sprang into action. He gave me a loaner car and I was able to view the video inspection online. He also did not stop there, he test drove the car to see if the malfunctions would show up again, and when they did, he had a Mazda technician come out to check everything. I have heard horror stories about people getting their car back and the issues arise again, but Mazda took the extra steps to ensure it would not happen again. At the end of it all, Dan even drove my car all the way back to Chicago for the inconvenience. I have great faith in the Mazda team. It differs from other brands like GMC and Mercedes which I have heard disappointing stories about how they treat their customers. Thanks to the best team around!!
