I experienced incredibly poor service. I had an appointment at 9:00 AM to address issues with the Uconnect box on my RAM 1500 that required dealer assistance. I waited all day, only to be informed at 4:30 PM that the repairs for this would take 2-3 hours and that I would need to reschedule. There were no phone calls or updates throughout the day. I felt my entire day was wasted waiting for not resolving the issue. I will not be returning to this dealer for repairs or considering them for my next truck. The service was unsatisfactory.

Avoid if possible. The purchase process itself took nearly 5 hours. Years later, I’m now experiencing exactly the kind of service issues I was warned about. Repeated charges for diagnostics and labor, being told there was “no issue,” then watching the problem worsen. Later, I was quoted expensive repairs, told the issue was fixed, only for the same problem to return almost immediately. At some point, you start questioning whether you’re being properly informed or simply pushed toward more costly repairs. Are most people really prepared to spend $2,500 over something as basic as a driver’s window malfunction? I’ve been a long-time customer (you can verify this in your records), which makes writing this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this dealership/service department. Take your trust and money elsewhere.

If only it was possible to put -1star. The worst service you could possibly get from a certified dealer. If you can get a great price on a vehicle go ahead and buy it and then get as far as you can with said vehicle. NEVER bring it to this place for service. The level of incompetence is just mind boggling. This is not just from a single visit. I’ve had issues repeatedly and was never rectified by customers service rep after the issues were reported. Si yourself a favor and avoid like the plague. You deserve better.
