Great Experience on buying used CRV!! I would like to thank Christian Denis for providing excellent sales service. He was honest, easy to work with, and never pushy throughout the process. I would also like to thank Eric Thauvette, the manager, for helping arrange a good deal on winter tires for the CR-V. It was greatly appreciated. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. To provide some context, my daughter and her fiancé were in need of a more reliable vehicle, so I assisted them in searching for a CR-V to replace their 2014 Hyundai. They are based in Sudbury, while I am in Ottawa. Over the course of the past month, I researched several options and visited many dealerships. In the end, we narrowed it down to three CR-Vs. At one dealership in Richmond, Ontario, I requested a Carfax report on a CR-V, which the salesperson provided. The report showed that the vehicle had previously been involved in a major accident along the entire side, although it had been repaired. This reinforced the importance of reviewing the Carfax carefully. I informed the salesperson that I would only consider the vehicle if he could locate a CR-V with a clean Carfax and fewer than 80,000 km, at a price similar to one I had seen online in Hawkesbury. He responded somewhat sarcastically, suggesting that if I found a CR-V matching those criteria, I should buy it…. Although a distance I travelled from Ottawa to the Honda dealership in Hawkesbury expecting a similar experience, but I was pleased to find the opposite. The entire experience was well worth the drive. To the salesperson in Richmond, thank you — we did purchase a vehicle. And to Christian and Eric, at Hawkesbury Honda, a big shout out and thank you for managing the logistics involved in a Saturday pickup for my daughter and her fiancé, who travelled from Sudbury. Your professionalism and customer service were outstanding, and you have certainly earned a new customer!!

When the other shops wouldn’t work around my terrible schedule, these guys completely went out of their way to get me a same day appointment for an alignment on a Friday, 45 mins after calling. Took in a beater 09 civic that’s rusted to nothing, they asked no questions, didn’t try to upsell services I didn’t need, just 100% good service. Car is now straighter than a ruler, no more bump steer, and this sad excuse of a car gets to live another winter. Highly recommend this place

Car went for a B1 Service.. they said the car is in perfect condition. A day after the engine started to rattle badly and shaky while driving on highway.. Now, they won’t take ownership and won’t even look at it without paying for a visit. And that’s after we spoke with the manager who didn’t care. I guess that’s their business.. they “work” on your car to have a “repeated” customer.

Terrible service communication. Don’t seem to care about customer service one bit. More then once I have had issues and I brush it off as we are all human and make mistakes. This is the last time I will go to this Honda location. I had an appointment for an oil change, service A123. Stayed on site for appointment. 1.5 hours goes by, I go to the desk, I ask for my car, still not seen yet. I politely ask for my keys back as I had to leave. The person handed my key with out acknowledgement or apology. Rude! If they were running behind schedule they could have mentioned that upon my arrival. No attempt to rebook my appointment, I felt like I was an annoyance to the person I was dealing with.
