We were looking for a specific vehicle with the right specs and color. After reaching out to a few dealerships, Kayden Loeschen at Hawkins was the first to offer to help track down what we wanted. He stayed in touch and found the perfect setup after just a couple days. He worked with my busy schedule via text, sent me pictures of what they were getting in for me. We drove 2 hours to pick it up and the whole transaction process with Kayden Loeschen and Thomas on Memorial Day was fast and easy. A couple days later, Kayden Loeschen called me to follow up on it and if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend going here for another vehicle!

Santos Cruz was great to work with throughout the whole online event. From answering questions about the vehicle to assuring everything was in order when I arrived to pick up the new car (to me).

Good service until the deal is done, then youre on your own even when you have issues not even 24 hours after purchase and despite the state law of 15 days or 500 miles. I understand as is but I know many dealers that would do something, even a discount on repairs at the least. But hey, at least they'll make 5k off my perfectly running car I traded in (regrettably) and that they falsely list it as a higher package than it is. Should have known better when my car was brought in for an oil change and they put the wrong oil in and told me "it's fine to run in your car" despite it not being the manufacturer specific oil weight. Will not be returning and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Anna, Santos,Deven, and Thomas were awesome. We have a few hick up on our end but they worked with my fiance and I, got US a great deal on a used, new to us vehicle. Great place to purchase new or used and great people to work with.
