I was a bit afraid coming here at first. But I am so thankful I went with God and I came here because not only did they look out for me they didn’t run games on me. I was able to get the car I wanted with a comfortable payment I could afford. Thankful and grateful!!!! 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

Luis was really straight forward, I really appreciate how upfront he was and he got me in a great car… Javier Jr was sweet and drove me around to test drive and helped me pick out the best car that suited me. Jimmy worked out the numbers and was patient while doing so.. Overall I appreciate my experience and left with a reliable car!!!!

Mohamed and Tony was the best ever went to 4 different places and of course they tell you something totally different over the phone!!! I went into Hawthorne Auto Square and was greeted outside by Tony who took me on a test drive and everything really great guy Mohamed treated me like family and was quick and efficient and had me out of there in no time with the vehicle I wanted Thank you guys so much you guys are GREAT YALL DESERVE A RAISE

My experience was great. Everyone was so professional, kind and polite. Fabian approached us first and then Sam took over completing the paperwork. I also met the manager who really worked with us. He was great. Thanks to all of you. My Son and his Family loves the car. I would recommend anyone who is searching for a car to go to Hawthorne Auto Square, you will be happy you did. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid Hawthorne Auto Square at all costs unless you want your time completely wasted and your energy totally drained. ​From the moment you walk in, the environment is overwhelmingly negative. The salespeople who show you the cars are completely clueless—they have absolutely zero knowledge about the glaring, obvious defects and mechanical issues right in front of them. If you expect better from the management, think again. The managers are outright rude, dismissive, and unapologetically unprofessional. ​But the absolute biggest joke is their hypocrisy regarding financing. They will interrogate you with highly unprofessional and borderline offensive questions about your credit, passing the buck and claiming "the lending bank requires it." The irony? They do this while you are literally sitting under their giant sign that promises: "Bad credit? No worries, we get you approved in 5 minutes." It’s pure false advertising. ​You go in hoping to do business, but you leave completely empty-handed, frustrated, and mentally exhausted from dealing with their staff. Do yourself a favor, save your peace of mind, and take your hard-earned money anywhere else. This place is a nightmare.
