I don't remember ever feeling so well attended to by any other service or parts department that I have used over the years than I was at the Hayes dealership... and I'm an old guy. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, communicative, professional, very proficient, and timely in the work that they performed for me. They were also very patient with me as they researched the answers to a few questions that I had and it was nearly closing time on the eve of a long holiday weekend. I really liked these folks and am proud of the truck that they accessorized for me.

I like my Escalade very much, but I have to say that one of the greatest benefits of owning it is Hayes of Baldwin. Always friendly, always helpful, always attentive. This is a rural, agricultural area and, whether by design or coincidence, the owners of Hayes of Baldwin have staffed this dealership with easy-going staff who are obviously part of the area. High pressure, fast talking dealership staff wouldn’t be appreciated or understood in this environment and Hayes is apparently wise enough to realize that. I have many vehicles, probably too many, but this Cadillac is what I use for traveling with my family where trust in the vehicle and in the service done upon it are the most critical. Trust is earned and Hayes service department has earned my trust, I know it will be done right, using the right parts. That means a lot.

Alec is the best. He takes care of me and my car. When I call he accommodates my schedule. Thank you for having such a wonderful person in your service dept.

This is the greatest dealership to ever deal and or ship! I had my car serviced on Thursday and I couldn’t have asked for it to go better. Polite and professional service with a smile, my car was clean, and the cutest service advisor told me everything I wanted to know about my car. AJ is fantastic, as is the whole store! I can’t wait for my next oil change! 😉
