Excellent customer service!They ran the car through the car wash and my magnets came off from the back (as I forgot to remove them!), and Jacklyn was kind enough to go back and find them for me! She’s absolutely amazing as well! And again I wanna give accolade to Mona for her extreme high level of professionalism and empathy!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service department. It’s been 11 MONTHS since I took my car for a recall and no parts have come in whatsoever. I was told it would take a couple weeks. I called after a few months for an update. I was told I would be called back when my screen replacement came in. 11 months and no contact whatsoever. I was interested in other services but needless to say I will not be conducting any additional business at this location. I was initially drawn for their good reviews, and decided to make the 1 hour drive. Just save time and go elsewhere.
