I cannot say enough great things about the Sales and Service Departments! John from the sales department sold me my car in 2024 and during my recent service appointment ensured I had a loaner car while I was in the shop. Cobi from the service department is very knowledgeable and informative. He ensured my car was fixed in a timely manner and kept me informed. So thankful for Herb Easley VW and their wonderful teams!

First time I have ever bought a car in Wichita Falls! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the whole process. They knew I didn’t have much time that day and we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour! They found the Volkswagen I wanted and made the whole car buying experience so easy. And the dudes at the Volkswagen dealership at Herb Easley were helpful and nice and fun! I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out before you head to the metroplex! Ask for Mike and tell him I sent you! 😊

This is the third time that I have been to her easily to have my Volkswagen serviced this time. It was for a recall when I called and made the appointment. I was told it would take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour arrive today for my appointment, I was told it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Are you been sitting here almost 3 hours right now and it is still showing it is in the Arrived mode I have not heard a thing from anybody every time I come here I get the same BS that they are short staffed. I wouldn’t recommend anybody bring their vehicle here for Service especially if it’s a Volkswagen even the guy at the Check instation commented On How theService department Has gone downhill I am out of the city of Lawton, if I knew it was gonna take this long I’ve had somebody follow me and just drop it off but since they told me it was only going to take an hour. I just decided I’d wait and hear I still sit.

Had to get my car serviced with a pretty big bill. Robert was absolutely AMAZING! Very kind, informative on how to keep my car good in the future, and explained how/why the issues I had were happening. I would recommend him to anybody! Absolute sweetheart. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

I bought my VW at Clay Cooley in Richardson. I live in the area and this is the only dealership to get service at that's not 100 miles away or in OK. I do not recommend this place at all. The mechanic is the only person that can answer even the most basic questions about scheduling, or price. He's never available and doesn't call back. The only time I had my car serviced, it went so bad I had to rent a car because they couldn't tell me when they would have the battery replaced. So I'm driving my vehicle to Clay Cooley in Lewisville for regular maintenance. Would give 0 stars, but that's not an option.
