I’ve gone through a dealerships for my last three cars. The first was absolutely awful, I was treated horribly until my husband had to step in, but they were the only one with the exact car I wanted so we were unhappy but just dealt with it. The second was a little better, but still my husband had to step in for anything to get accomplished. Healdsburg Chevrolet was the third and most recent experience, we went because they had the exact car I was looking for at an amazing price. From the start Daniil and Roque made us feel comfortable and relaxed, not rushed and pressured. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and came in UNDER the monthly payment I wanted. They let me know before we went that the car needed final service checks on a business day for DMV before I could take it home because when we went to see it on the weekend, it had JUST come into the dealership. The communication Daniil had with me on his day off this week making sure I knew what was happening and that I got my car promptly was outstanding. Even offered to have someone bring it to me completely free. HIGHLY recommend working with this dealership and these two guys specifically. Thank you SO much Healdsburg Chevrolet! I took my 1962 Impala to Healdsburg Chevrolet to support a special event that they had for high school students and I was so happy that I went! The service department made sure I felt safe leaving my vehicle in their care, they kept me updated and informed on what was happening and kept me in the loop on when I could expect my car back. They offered me beverages, and even fed me lunch! They were friendly, courteous and kind. I was happy to partake in the students learning day there and I was even more happy with the customer service! I will be taking our Tahoe there from now on instead of the other Chevy dealership! Thanks again for being so kind to me and great with my car!
