Just bought my Jeep Gladiator here and had an excellent experience. The whole process was fast, smooth, and professional. Everyone was polite, punctual, and never pushy; it honestly felt like a luxury-brand experience. Highly recommend Healdsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram if you want things done right!!

I made an online appointment at the Healdsburg C.D.J.Ram dealership expecting better service than at an oil stop. I needed an oil change. I received a coupon in the mail. I also needed my brakes checked. Online they offer shuttle service so I checked that box. I was not greeted at my truck when I arrived. I parked and went in and was not greeted. The clerk was with another customer so I waited patiently. When it was my turn I let Anthony (clerk) know I was here for my 10:00 am appt I’d made the week before. I needed squeaky brakes checked, windshield wipers changed and a car wash (bronze) a shuttle home as I was doing Thanksgiving cooking for 16 people. I let Anthony know I bought my Ram truck (and another car as well!) from dealership in Salem Oregon and always had my service via the dealership but moved here recently. I planned on driving from Cloverdale to Healdsburg for all my future transportation needs (buying cars/trucks/service, etc.)Long story short, they were “short on staff so no wash. No shuttle and Anthony said he didn’t have me on his books for a service. He quoted me over $100 for oil change although coupon was for $89.00 and wipers that go for $19-39.00 at automotive stores at $79.00. I paid for service and after I left, I text him to inquiry about my squeaky brakes. Apparently tech “couldn’t check them unless he did a tire rotation “ which I just had in Oregon done mid July (3.5 months ago). Anthony apologized for the scheduling mixup and said he could get my truck oil changed in 45 minutes. I checked under hood after “service” and oil was changed, wiper fluid topped off but I believe they either didn’t check my steering wheel fluid or my coolant, or only put water in out of a clear jug I saw tech use. I don’t know if this is the way the owner and manager want the dealership to be ran. But I’m thinking NOT. I think I’ll just go to the local shop here near my home in Cloverdale and skip the dealership in Healdsburg. I washed my own truck and will top off coolant and change blades myself. I’m in market for new car and truck as well but will not be purchasing from Healdsburg dealership after today.

The oil change itself was fine, The reason I gave them a three star rating is because when I called to make an appointment for an oil change, I asked for the price and I was quoted $125. When I arrived, I was presented with a piece of paper saying $286. as opposed to the $125 for an oil change as quoted, so I said to Anthony what is this? He explained that it’s “Recommended “. I went on to say I’m here for an oil change that was quoted $125. He quickly took the paper away and presented me with the true and correct paperwork. During the oil change, it was noted that my water pump has a leak and I was quoted 800 and something I can’t remember the exact price. So I left and send an email the next day and asked if the extended warranty that I purchased at the time that I purchased the vehicle (at your location) would cover the cost of the water pump. When Anthony replied, he said yes, it does. Hmmm. I purchased a vehicle from Healdsburg Jeep and I purchased the extended warranty from Healdsburg Jeep and I have to bring it to their attention? They need to stop trying to gouge people like the One hour drive-through oil change folks do and they need to have some sort of notification in their software that pops up when a customer has paid for the extended warranty.

They provided truly first-class service and patiently guided us through the entire process. Honestly, you won’t find a better car dealership experience anywhere.
