I purchased a new vehicle from Healey Cadillac yesterday and I was very impressed. The buying process was unbelievably seamless, from start to finish—easily the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Great customer service. The manager, Joe, was great to deal with. He clearly knows his business and made the deal happen. Zach, the client advisor, was also exceptional. He took the time to explain every function of the car and made sure the entire process of the sale was done perfectly. Overall, great experience from the entire team. The service department was top notch and extremely knowledgeable. I called for an appointment while traveling with my car and they got me right in. The service advisor was amazing and very knowledgeable about my car and cars in general. We had a great conversation about some of our favorite old cars from back in the day, and he knew his way around my 2026 Blackwing. The work was quick and flawless and this might sound weird to notice or say, but everyone there really seemed to enjoy their job. Made for a terrific experience overall. I will definitely stop there again while passing through.

I recently leased a 2026 Cadillac Optiq. The process was very smooth. My sales rep Zach was excellent. He helped me go over numbers; he was very knowledgeable about the car. I did not feel any pressure during the process. He was excellent and professional. I will definitely work with him again in the future. The finance manager was also very nice. He explained me all the process. I was in and out with a brand-new car within one hour. The dealer was also very nice. Lots of cars and options. It was a pleasure doing business.

Fantastic dealer. I had to take my Chevy Trailblazer there for major repairs and the help I received was great. Cherry in services was fantastic and I also had excellent service from Michael in sales as well. He went out of his way to assist me with my repair situation. Dylan (excuse if spelled wrong) in MGT was very professional along with Christian in sales Great shop, I'd buy from them for sure.
