I scheduled an oil change and a fuel filter change and check air filters for the engine and cabin. After spending $541.00 for said service I get home realized there was nothing on my bill for the air filters I changed them myself so you actually saved me a little bit. these are the actual pictures of what came out of this truck thank you. And I promise I will never darken the doors of your establishment again!!!!

Don't give these dishonest, incompetent scumbags your business. They lied about everything they did, kept my car for 2 months, charged me $1400 for fixing nothing, accused me of intentionally damaging my own car for some reason, and tried to sell me a new car. We found on our own that the only problem was a $50 sensor. They didn't even do a diagnostic test.

Customer service is horrible. They’re a rip off. I took them my jeep at the beginning of May they claimed to have fixed the issue and I paid $700+, I got my vehicle towards the end of the month… a couple of days later the issue was back. I took the vehicle back. They had it the entire month of June. I called nearly every day for an update because no one ever called me. It was so unorganized. One guy even told me that he couldn’t find my vehicle or the ticket for it. I had to have my uncle go to the dealership to find it. I was out of town and needed a peace of mind. A day later suddenly the car is “fixed.” I paid $300+. A couple of days later… car still is not fixed. A lady called me that was affiliated with the dealership from another city and stated that she talked to the supervisor. I can take my vehicle back, they would pull two techs from another facility, and make sure that the issue is fixed. They want to make it right. I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. They would make sure that it was done. I was skeptical because what was the point. I had lost all trust with them. I took my vehicle back one final time. I was told from a person that has worked with cars all of his life that they are obligated to fix the issue and not charge the labor fee due to them not fixing it the first two times. They finally fixed the vehicle and I got it back at the beginning of August. They were not willing to waive a single fee. I was out of another $300+. So I basically paid labor fees and bought two parts that I didn’t need, and was without a vehicle the entire summer. I will never recommend them to anyone or ever return.

gave my friend a trash truck....basically a lemon...avoid this place at all costs....
