I've always had positive experiences with the service department. They've been very understanding as I live remotely, and they often are able to squeeze me in given the travel distance.
What an amazing service department... Just drove up from the coast and had some overheating issues on our new Tacoma... Heartland service team immediately looked at it and quickly discovered the electric fan was unplugged from a previous service at another dealer. Quick fix and Dave(master tech) asked all the perfect questions to immediately know what to look for. Friendly and prompt fixit for a problem they weren't responsible for. Big thumbs up to Heartland service team.
Couldn't get my vehicle serviced . . .too backed up and not enough technical staff to even give my truck a quick code scan. Had to go to Quesnel. Don't have an emergency and expect anything from this dealership.
