Hebert's Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

It's been 4 months since I purchased my 2022 Ford F-250 Lariat. I absolutely love it. I drove 4 hours from Texas to buy it, as this dealership had the best price I could find. The on site purchase was the fastest experience I've ever had. About 6 weeks after the purchase I had a mechanical issue that cost me about $500. Since I had a 4 month warranty I called to see about getting reimbursed. After a few phone calls, the Management agreed and sent me a check to cover my costs. I am grateful that this dealership believes in true customer satisfaction.

I visited Hebert's Express Lane this afternoon for a new tire and received stellar service. I was feeling stressed because I'd been sitting on the side of the interstate with two kids for over an hour waiting for roadside assistance. Nick at the front desk was immediately calming and helpful. He listened to my situation and explained everything to me. He is polite and professional. He has the best interpersonal skills I've ever seen. I watched him calm down another lady who had been in a wreck who had come in after me. This is not the first time I've had positive experiences with this shop. John and Kyle were my service technicians and they got my new tire put on much quicker than I was expecting. John even took the time to show me a feature on my spare tire that I didn't know about. I highly recommend using this shop for all you car care needs. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you!!

after securing an appointment and showing up 1/2 hour early. i patiently waited till i noticed people going home. it was 6 so i thought i should ask about my jeep that i purchased there. what jeep? was my answer. well i was told they would bring my jeep around so i could leave. so i did all the way across town to another jeep dealer who happily took 800+ $ for maintenance work. never going back!! wish you could post lower than 1 star
