Hebert's Town & Country Ford

From errors in scheduling to technicians arguing over where to install mud flaps (BEHIND THE TIRE, not in front); my experience was not great. One of the employees told me that the mud flaps are just ugly and belong in the trash. One said he couldn't perform the install because they didn't have a drill. One said that he spent 3 hours that morning installing them in front of the tires on an F150. All together it took 4 hours-a little excessive for such a simple.job, although they did take care of a recall during that time so maybe it's ok. I'm not sure how long the recall took. If anyone has had great experiences with a Ford service department please let me know!
