While returning home from visiting family in Southern Illinois on September 2nd, our F-150 overheated while towing our camper. We found the nearest shop — Bob Ridings in Pana — and they got us right in. A new thermostat and radiator were installed, but the truck continued to run warm. After further diagnosis, it was determined that the motor had a small head gasket leak. The service manager provided a fair quote, kindly allowed us to leave our vintage RV on their lot, and even arranged a ride to Decatur so we could pick up a rental car and continue our trip home. That kind of service is hard to come by these days. Even after the head gasket repair, the team kept working to get things right. They eventually discovered that the first radiator (from a local supplier) was defective. Once replaced with a Ford OEM one, the issue was fully resolved. While the repair took longer than expected, they were determined to make sure it was done right — and it was. When the bill came, we were expecting it to be much higher after all the extra work. To our surprise, Greg Donaldson honored the original quote. His honesty and integrity are rare and deeply appreciated. They also provided an excellent warranty on their work, which gave us extra confidence in the repair. We’re thrilled to say the truck has since pulled a heavy load 350 miles home and ran cool as a cucumber the whole way! Huge thanks to Greg and the Bob Ridings service team for standing behind their work and treating their customers right.

Took a t ruck there to have a abs module reprogrammed. They came back a while later and said they couldn't do it, it wasn't working. The mechanic who put it on said they were wrong and he tested it. He thinks they where trying to sell ne something. Beware of the dealers they're cooked as hell. Go somewhere else for service.
