Its our first time dealing with Lexus Heffner and our experience was simply amazing. Jake helped us with purchasing the 2026 Lexus IS 350. He showed us other options and throughout the process he was very patient and informative. Always looked after our best interest. Best part is we didn't feel any pressure selling. Jake was very sincere in looking after our needs. In addition, Landon the finance manager provided excellent service. No issues at all during our purchase. It made our trip to Kitchener worth it as we came from Milton. We had other options to go to another dealership closer to where we live but the way Jake showed us how much he value us prompted us to go to Lexus Hefner and buy the beautiful 26 IS 350. Even after the purchase, Jake helped me buy some accessories for the IS and kept me updated on when it will arrive for installation.
