Just recently bought our new Chevy Traverse from the Henderson Chevrolet dealership. It's always a pleasure going to this location :) Very friendly, professional, and the process easy. We even have had experiences with their service department and parts department. All around always have had a great experience here. The new Traverse has made the whole family very happy. Beautiful vehicle inside and out. The drive is also incredibly nice!

Catastrophic engine failure 11 months after dealer HP FP timing belt service. I took my 2018 Chevy, Colorado durhamax,2.8 l Z71 to Henderson Chevrolet at 124,000 miles for HPFP system replacement, the truck was there over a month. Per GM procedure the timing belt must be removed to replace the H. PF P my invoice shows they billed for timing belt service. Two weeks ago, 11 months and 24,000 miles later, the DIC displayed service timing belt, and the engine developed a metallic knock. The 2.8 l durmax is an interference engine. I'm just inside the 12 month. GM parts warranty window, but 12000 miles past the mileage limit, I'm also 400 miles past my carmax. Max care coverage, so I'm paying out-of-pocket. Upon inspection before towing • The timing marks were off, 1 to 2 teeth. • Timing cover had road dust and rubber dust inside the belt chamber •EGR cooler was completely coked with soot •1 serpentine, pulley had Excessive wobble. When I called, service initially denied replacing the timing belt, I had to insist they rechecked the PO. They then confirmed it was done. Because GM policy requires it for hpfp. Current estimate from an independent diesel shop $4500 to $11500. Depending on piston damage. Dust inside a sealed timing chamber indicates the cover was not reinstalled properly after their repair. The HP FP job requires removing that cover. I normally leave 5 star reviews and own 3 Chevrolet. Vehicles. I cannot recommend the diesel service department at Henderson Chevrolet in Nevada after this experience. Photos of timing, marks and dust intrusion and EGR cooler available. I'll update with final repair cost once tear down is complete.

I decided to stop by Chevrolet, because it was time to trade in my lease, (KIA Sportage) from a different dealership. I was greeted kindly by Micheal. He offered me different options as far as vehicles. He never once made me feel like I was not going to walk out of here with a new vehicles. He was very patient, going back and forth getting me vehicles to test drive. He was very wise and knowledgeable explaining each vehicles, the safety features, which was one of my main concerns as well as the finance part of the deal. He made me feel like I can drive out of there with any vehicles of my choice. I had my 11 year old boy with me and he even took the time to answer all the questions he had in mind. It was a great experience. I ended up with a Chevy Colorado 2026, it has many safe features even as a basic model. I love the space, the comfort the constant reminders on the screen as far as check the back seat before you exit the vehicle, if the break is on or off, if there's a vehicles on my sides before I turn, the lil star in the mirrors flashes, and the custom ice box in the back. I just love my new vehicles and having someone who understood what I was looking for in a vehicles, just made everything more easier. At the end of the transaction, everything was digitally signed and they provide you with a USB that you can carry with you or put in a secure place and you don't have to worry about all the paperwork. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Chevrolet. I have no regrets and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

When I arrived, I noticed, the place was very clean and the salesmen were very friendly. I had no problems finding a vehicle that I liked. The test drive was insightful. I learned a lot about the car. The number process couldn't have been easier! I was extremely happy with my finance manager. Joaquin, he did a great job, he understood some of my concerns and helped work me through all of the paperwork. My salesman was Joseph Gallagher. He did an excellent job as I stated before, in showing me all the features of the car and working me through the numbers. Couldn't it have been happier at my experience?

The Chevy dealership was very outstanding and very helpful. Patrick helped me get a great upgrade on my vehicle. He was very kind, supportive, and funny. Loved his customer service. Outstanding work Patrick and the team at Chevy. I’ll definitely always refer people and my family to Chevy dealership. Was worth it.
