When it comes to buying a car, finding a trustworthy dealership is essential. I have purchased four Acura’s from Acura of Southpoint (formerly Performance Acura) Durham/Chapel Hill NC over the past 16 years. I must say that all my experiences have exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into their showroom, it was evident that they prioritize honesty and transparency. One would think after so many vehicles purchased, they wouldn’t show as much honesty and trust since they know me: no, not the case. Sylvester (salesman) and team have always treated me like it’s my first time in the dealership, they are courteous, honest, provide transparency, knowledgeable and they make you feel like family. I’m always quite surprised when I receive a birthday call or just a call to say hello. Then the cars are awesome. I’ve purchased so many cars because I love my Acura’s and I feel safe driving them because they are of great Quality. My kids have them and now my grandchild has one. I highly recommend you choose this dealership if you are car shopping.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2025 Acura Integra A-Spec Tech 6MT from Hendrick Acura Southpoint, and I cannot recommend them enough. As an out-of-state buyer from Georgia, I expected the process to be stressful, but Maria (sales consultant) and Bill (sales manager) made everything incredibly smooth from start to finish. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, transparent, responsive, professional, and never pushy. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. What stood out most was how well they handled everything being done remotely. Buying a car out of state can be intimidating, but they made it feel easy. Whenever we hit a small bump in the road, Maria and Bill worked to find solutions and kept things moving efficiently. The dealership itself was also very clean, professional, and impressive. Most importantly, the Integra arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described, clean, and extremely well cared for. I am new to NC, and this was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Hendrick. I came in with a difficult case, and my service advisor, Noelia, was excellent! She made sure I understood everything about my vehicle and provided consistent updates. Their prices are also much fairer than some of the other local Acura dealers. I highly recommend their service center!
