Wonderful experience w everyone we encountered during our X5 purchase. Our salesman, Carl Busby was very respectful, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions and took his time to show us all our options. Cameron in finance was also Wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and polite, respectful, too! Leah knew her stuff, explaining the ins and outs of the dashboard. Where to find things, demonstrating the different apps. Lots to learn! Amanda in service was so helpful. We have worked w her for 8 years w our older 2013 X5 vehicle. Always ready to help. She also recommended the tire insurance and paint/interior package, explaining why. We had such a great experience at BMW Northlake buying our X3. This was a big purchase for us and Omar made the whole process feel easy and comfortable from the start. He was incredibly patient with us, answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and really took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just trying to make a sale. I never felt rushed or pressured, which meant a lot. By the time I drove off, I felt confident and genuinely excited about my decision. Omar also made sure I was fully comfortable with all the features in my X3 before I left, which I really appreciated. I don't normally do reviews, but had such a pleasant experience that I felt compelled. I was in the market to trade in my M440i Convertible. I loved my convertible but was ready for a larger more comfortable ride (540i with all the fixings). For whatever reason the 540 series are hard to find, but Omar Kurdi was relentless in pursuit, and even had to trade in favors to have one delivered from another part of the country. He and Dane Hagy were clear about the numbers and were able to work with me to get the car I wanted in spite of some challenges. They kept me well informed during the process. The trading in my 2023 BMW and the initial payment / signing papers etc. was smooth and efficient. I've been leasing vehicles for more than 35 years and I can say without hesitation this was one of the better experiences. Thanks to the Northlake team!
