Over the past 10 years I have purchased 5 Ram/Jeep products, however never one from Hendrick. Sometimes it was a case of inventory and others it was pricing. While searching for a hard to find Ram 2500, my salesperson Nick suggested that I consider ordering exactly what I wanted. I had similar offers from nearby dealers however I regularly service my vehicles with Hendrick so I was really hoping to purchase this time through Hendrick. I placed an order on 30 Dec and my truck was delivered two months later. Nick had said it should be 6-8 weeks so he was spot on. From the initial text communication, helping me option/order my truck, to delivery & final inspection Nick was one of the best salesman I have worked with. He is knowledgeable of his product and communicated in a timely manner, even at times when I had after hours questions. My experience in the business office was great as well. Just got my new 2026 Laramie hemi …. Hendrick of Wilmington is awesome. The salesman Mason is probably the best I’ve ever dealt with in all my 40 years of buying vehicles.
