Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Wanita were outstanding and very professional and took their time getting me the best deal. Thomas took a lot of extra time to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. He showed me several vehicles out in the cold weather on the lot and was enthusiastic when answering all my questions. He even took the time to show me all the upgraded options and being a previous Jeep owner, I thought I knew it all. I was wrong, Thomas showed me all the upgrades. I sold my best girl, Heidi Highlander, and was looking into leasing a Jeep Gladiator High Tide. I started by speaking with Hendrick in Wilmington, on someone’s advice, and checking out the different trims at a local dealership by another name. I was really given just one option and I didn’t feel really heard or seen until I noticed one on the Fayetteville site in the 41 color. I’m obsessed. Reached out for pricing and awaited the call. John Hernandez quickly called to let me know that the truck I saw online had been sold, but immediately located another one, offering to price-match the other quote, and even delivering to me. He was so responsive and jumped every hurdle to “earn my business”. Now, when my GI Jessie Jeep pulled up front, it was love at first sight. John even included Jeep gifts and my first rubber ducky!
