Hello, my wife and I visited Hendrick Honda on May 3rd, 2026. We met a young lady named Nautica and she was by far one of the best sales staff that we have encountered in quite some time. We were looking at one car in particular and Nautica was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all to bring out all of the vehicles (3) in the lineup and explain the differences not to mention letting us test drive it, she kept it open for us most of the afternoon to evaluate the vehicle. I'd like to personally thank Nautica and the sales staff for a very very pleasant experience. After purchasing cars for the last 20 plus years, it was truly refreshing to purchase a vehicle and not have the constant back and forth with the front office and the sales managers. I will say that Yolanda was super pleasant as one of the car managers on the lot. She made everything very seamless worked very hard to get us into a vehicle that afternoon and was a true pleasure to deal with yesterday. Even after the sale, the detailers had the car ready to go late in the afternoon, Nautica went above and beyond even past closing to ensure that all systems were working, all of the functions of the vehicle were working, and that it met our expectations prior to us leaving. Overall I could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend Hendrick Honda to all of the people looking at a car. Don't discount this particular dealership. Not all dealerships are the same even if they're owned by the same person, the sales team at Hendrick Honda is really a class act. They were truly professional and did everything in their power to get us into a new car at a fair price. After the experience yesterday, I would be more tempted to visit their service department when the vehicle needs service, I feel they put the customer first and I feel you don't get that everywhere.
