Jeff Wood was absolutely amazing to work with — super patient, incredibly thorough, and always had a great attitude no matter how many questions I threw his way. He really took the time to help me compare options and made sure I felt confident in what I was choosing. I never once felt rushed or pressured, which made a huge difference in the process. Nick in finance was just as fantastic. He walked me through everything in detail, helped me find the right financing for my situation, and made sure I understood every step along the way. He was extremely thorough and made what can usually feel overwhelming actually feel very manageable. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, supportive, and honestly way better than I expected going into car buying. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be taken care of and not pressured, you’re in great hands with this team. Highly recommend!

This is my 4th experience with Hendrick Honda and every single one has been wonderful. I have never been bullied or pressured and the staff have always been wonderful. This last experience I had sales consultant Kayla Montaniz helping me deal the d al. I came in looking for my next CRV and she graciously showed me all my color options and wishes. She then showed me a passport to show me another option the CRV had interior wise. My teen fell in love and honestly, I did too. The car had a great sale and Kayla and the team was able to work out an even better deal for me and I came back later that night to purchase it. She made it a very pleasurable, easy, fast and wonderful experience as did all of Hendrick! She followed up today to ask if I had more questions and helped me with some settings I needed to figure out. Fantastic sales lady with a great smile. Go find her and you’ll be happy even if you’re just looking and don’t want to take one home today.

Jeff Woods is an outstanding salesperson. We were able to negotiate a great price on my 2026 Honda Pilot Elite AWD. He was there every step of the way.He has a very professional and personable personality. He guided us on the use of all components of the vehicle. This was my first major car purchase and honestly my first major purchase I’ve ever done with anything and honestly I can’t say enough about going to this dealership. Professional, Great with negotiation (for the buyer of course), and great knowledge about the cars I was looking at. I walked in expecting the whole sleezy salesman routine and to try and get ripped off however Caleb showed none of those traits I was told about for dealerships and helped me get exactly what I wanted at the price I needed. I had some unfortunate news about my trade in that was in no way the dealerships fault and Caleb still helped me get the best price for it. 10/10 would recommend going to Hendrick Honda and asking for Caleb personally.

Maury did a great job helping me with the purchase of my Type R! He kept me informed the whole time despite uncontrollable delays in transport. The delivery was expeditious but covered all the bases as well. Don’t hesitate to purchase a Honda here
