I had one of my best car buying experiences last Saturday 6/6 at Hendricks Subaru, mainly because of Dylan. He was so pleasant and personable to work with. He also was very engaging. I was was on my mission to purchase my last “retirement” car on my birthday! Well..I did just that by the end of the afternoon. Dylan made two memorable special things happen; 1) He coordinated the whole staff totally surprising me with singing, “Happy Birthday” and 2) Putting the big red bow on my gift to me🥳🎈!!!
