I took my vehicle in for a 20k service and a safety recall. Originally when I called to schedule, the time mentioned to complete the service would take up to 4 hours to complete the remedy/software update, along with the 20k service. Amy greeted me as I pulled in and her customer service was flawless giving me live updates and recommendations throughout the waiting period. My vehicle was completed hours before the estimated time. If Amy is helping you out, rest to sure you’re in good hands with her costumer service along with the service team in the shop taking care of my vehicle. I’ll be returning for future services.
