Purchased a ‘26 Atlas R-line on 18Feb26. My salesman was Trey. The experience from start to finish was completely pleasurable. It was a very smooth and quick process. Trey’s no pressure attitude was very much appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He accommodated me with a smile when in the middle of my decision process I asked him to stop everything and pray for me. The entire process was very transparent, smooth, stress-free and I was made to feel cared about…like family. From Trey I visited Zach in Finance. Another no pressure environment. Finance is usually more painful than the actual car deal at some dealerships. But, not with Zach at Hendrick VW. Amazing experience. I wasn’t able to do the new vehicle orientation the day I purchased my vehicle because of time constraints. I went back another day and spoke with a gentleman named Serghei. Wow! What a wealth of knowledge he has. I truly couldn’t stump him with a question. Being the R-Line my Atlas has bells and whistles for its bells and whistles! Serghei was patient, kind and explained everything thoroughly. I also worked with Fernando in the service department. He was great at helping me to get exactly what I was looking for. I know I’ve found my Service Advisor! I’ll be making the 1.5 hour drive for my servicing. Vando assisted me with getting my dash cam hooked up properly and making sure all was good to go with that aspect. I greatly appreciate his efforts and time. Lastly, a HUGE shoutout to Kevin Hatfield. First person I spoke with from Hendrick, over the phone. Because of you, Kevin, I drove 1.5 hours to purchase a vehicle I had never even seen. I don’t mean I had not seen an Atlas before. While that’s true, I mean I didn’t even know what an Atlas was or what it looked like. You were fantastic! Thank you for taking your time to talk to me over the phone and treat me so well. You definitely have the above and beyond attitude and it’s obvious you’re a true asset to Hendrick!
