They were extremely responsive, attentive, and dedicated to getting me the car I was looking for (even went above and beyond putting in some elbow grease to take care of a few things for me that I pointed out on the vehicle of choice!). Antonio M did a great job selling me my 2026 Volvo XC 90- Ultra Dark Theme. He was considerate of my feelings and did not pressure me to purchase the car. My only downside was finding multiple BLACK scratches on the passenger door (near bottom) when doing my final inspection of the car the next day. The GM and Antonio ensured me the scratches were on the plastic part and That piece can be replaced without problems. A token on appreciation was provided by them which made me know my voice was heard. This is my second Volvo XC 90 (2008) and I still stand firm that there are great cars…. And I had a great car salesman too….. thanks Antonio M for your assistance! OAN- Antonio came to my house after work hours to set up my car garage remote… so that tells you the type of car salesman he is .. dependable, kindhearted and man to his word. To me , Antonio M was 4.5 stars … did not have that selection listed 😇
