Julie Wyatt and Jacob Knowles were wonderful to work with. I’ll admit, I was honestly dreading the process of buying a new car. We started our day with Julie, and she immediately put us at ease. She was informative, transparent, and helpful. She knew we were also considering other brands and still provided the numbers we needed so we could make a well-informed decision. When we returned, Julie was assisting other clients and connected us with Jacob. He was just as knowledgeable, especially about the TrailSport we were considering. When it came time for paperwork and financing, everything was smooth and efficient. Both Julie and Jacob turned what I expected to be a stressful task into a genuinely positive experience. I would confidently recommend working with either of them.

Purchased a brand new 2026 CR-V Hybrid Sport-L and my experience was top tier hands down. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry on the sales end and Vincent on the financial end and it was such a positive experience. It was the most positive experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle and Jerry as well as Vincent both were such stand up and down to earth guys. My wife had purchased a Honda a few years back before she joined me in GA and we take her vehicle here for service every now and then and it’s always a great experience. All around, this place is great.

One star is one star too many for the salesmen at this dealership. I had a scheduled appointment to buy a car and upon arrival I was told my rep was working with a corporate buyer and could not assist me. I was passed on to another rep who refused explain the difference in models to me (he just showed me the screen of differences for me to read for myself) and at the very least give me eye contact. I advised him my goal was to test drive a specific vehicle and walk away with a new car that day. He brought the car I requested to the front of the store, opened the doors for me to check out the interior while he stood by the front door talking to his coworkers. I had a question about a feature and look up and he is no where to be found!! As I go inside, I find him and tell him I want to speak with a manager as I will unhappy with the service I was given. The manager comes out and I explain why I am dissatisfied and he finds another salesman. This is now my third interaction with a salesman. He comes to sit down and ask me what questions he can answer for me. When I advise him, I came to test drive a vehicle, he informs me he has a client in his chair and cannot help!!! I decided to leave and take my business where I am respected. Dropping $$ on a car is a big deal and custmers should be handled with dignity and respect. I found exactly that with the salesmen at AutoNation on Thorton Road. Shout out to Alton

We had a wonderful experience getting a pre-owned car at this dealer. Our salesman, Cody Eggersman went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and in the timeframe we needed it. He stayed late, then came in at opening to work past closing again the next day to personally ensure our car got detailed and was ready so we could drive it home that night, when we came back to finish financing. Every concern was quickly handled and he did a great job. I highly recommend working with Cody if you want someone who will work hard for you. Thanks Cody and Hennessy Honda.
