I can't say enough about my continued high-quality experience with Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta, specifically Porsche Sales Associate, Heather Erickson. Securing a 911 allocation in general is not easy given the high demand. let alone a GTS allocation. This was my 2nd 911 allocation with Heather (2021 and 2026). She has always been transparent, an advocate for me, an active listener, proactive and takes action to ensure the "dream" process meets if not exceeds expectations. It's not a transaction or sale, it's relationship building. Heather puts in time and effort to build and maintain the customer relationship. Frequent calls to provide updates, or just to check-in on how I'm enjoying the car... If you're looking to deal with a professional who is personable and truly works to deliver for you. Go see Heather! Also, Michael Carvajal in finance was great to work with as well. Michael focused on ensuring the process streamlined and as quickly as possible. Excellent advanced communications to ensure we both understood the numbers in the deal and had everything prepared so we could move quickly at signing. Michael listened to what my goals were and offered an equitable (I know right) way for both of us to receive value. That can and was only accomplished by both of us being transparent, actively listening to understand, and flexible enough to find creative solutions. Thank you Heather and Michael!

My experience ordering a 2026 Macan GTS with Ben Davis of Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta was pleasant. Ben was options knowledgeable and kept me informed all 6 months I had to wait for the vehicle to arrive at the dealership. Delivery was a smooth experience as well and Ben was responsive when I needed help with a vehicle feature post-delivery.

Definitely NOT a smooth buying experience. Porsche North America should be embarrassed to have this dealer representing the brand. From the negotiating before the sale, to the financing and finally attempting to get them to sand my registration, this was not smooth, nor was I treated like a valued customer. Even with a stellar credit score, this dealer treats customers as if they would be lucky to obtain financing at a fair interest rate, or at any rate at all. They over charged me for registration fees and promised to refund the excess that they took from me, but as of March 28, 2026 they have not. I bought my GT4RS in November 2025. If you can find the car you want elsewhere, I would recommend that sincerely.
