Car shopping isn’t supposed to be “fun.” But Tyler makes it easy AND fun! I was looking for a very specific model that an inventory search led me to Henry Martens, and while Tyler contacted me about it immediately, it sold before I had a chance to make a move. Leavenworth is an hour from where I live, so I wasn’t going to pursue it. Bu Tyler told me he would find me one and while he was looking for it (which turned out to be very difficult to find) he stayed in touch daily, updating me and making suggestions on other options. He was engaging, friendly, and genuine...I felt he really wanted to help me find the vehicle I needed for my specific and “picky” needs. He was creatively open to switching out accessories to create the vibe I was originally looking for. While being very communicative, he was never pushy or annoying or “sales-y”…only helpful and pleasant and fun. He is extremely knowledgeable about his product and went WAY over “above and beyond” to find and sell me the vehicle that is PERFECT for my needs and wants. It’s even better than what I’d originally had my heart set on. I highly recommend working with Tyler if you want a GREAT experience purchasing a vehicle!

I bought my equinox from them almost a week ago. It was so nice to have a no rush and no pushy sales tactics. They even showed me all the work they had just done to it to bring it to their high standards for the used vehicles that they sell. It was such a great experience and when it’s time I will definitely go back. It’s nice to have a dealership that doesn’t pressure you or hides information from you.

I just bought me GMC Sierra from this dealership , I drove from kansas city 2 elevenworth.To look at this truck. The Salesperson was a young lady, her name was katie very polite She new her trucks. I would recommend buying from her or any.One of the staff members, very polite and business oriented people.. I am happy with my GMC.and They cleaned it up real nice. I give them ten stars , even though the rating is five. Good for them being a Big dealership in a small community, they met my needs.When I asked four certain things that was reasonable. I can't name all the guys names.Because everyone was so helpful.But it started out with Katie.First . First impressions go a long way when meeting new people. Good for them.
